I was wondering if anyone knows whether xanthan gum can be left out of the
bread recipes and what it doesn. I really don't care for it much altho I did
put it in the bread recipe. I think it gives me a stomach ache. Also it is
very expensive. Can anyone let me know if this is a required ingredient in
the bread recipes and what will happen to your baked goods if it is left out.
Thank you, Kathy
