Does anyone have tips for freezing GF bread? I have made bread with
Bette H's flour mix and also the Gluten Free Pantry Sandwich Bread mix.
The bread is good when fresh, but after being frozen it is just dry and
crumbly. I have found the same to be true when I buy frozen Food for
Life bread at the health food store. I wrap my bread in plastic wrap, then
aluminum foil, then put it in a freezer bag, but it just isn't the same when
thawed. (I have a lot of GF bread crumbs!) I will summarize for the list.
