Hello List:

I just called Hormel Foods, Minnesota, 800 523-4635 regarding HERB-OX
Bouillon Cubes.  I told the customer svs. rep that my son is gluten
intolerant.  The rep replied, "celiac"?  (It's a relief when a mfr. is
familiar with the condition.)  She stated that these boillon cubes are okay
for celiacs.  I use them as stock for soups, gravies & other recipes.  They
work great.
