In response to my inquiry re gf molasses I received the following
info:

1. From the TCCSG shopping list:
LaChoy Bead Molasses (7/95)
New Morning Blackstrap Molasses (7/96)

2. A respondent had called Grandma's Molasses and been told it was
gf. 800-426-4891

3. Two respondents speculated that, because the source of molasses
is sugar cane, it should be safe if pure. I don't know enough about
how it is processed to evaluate that.

4. One innovative baker suggested I substitute a dark corn syrup.

Thank you all!!
