Not that long ago there was a request for GF soy sauce... I have found
"San-J" has both a regular and reduced sodium Tamari Organic Wheat Free
Soy Sauce. Ingredients: water, whole soybeans, salt and
alcohol--fermented from the soybeans and from corn. the number for the
company is 800-446-5500 (Richmond, VA) (available in Fresh Fields/Whole
Foods Markets on the east Coast.
As a recently diagnosed celiac I'm still exploring the disease and the
diet... the amount of information available on products has changed
considerably. I grew up reading labels as my mother was celiac and we
functioned almost entirely GF (or so we thought!)
I had a question as to how many people with CD may also suffer from
Migraines?? Both my mom and I do, and mine have improved somewhat on a
GF diet... I'm lucky in that I don't also have to adhere to the migraine
diet except when things get really bad and I trigger off of everything.
Please send replies to me and I will post a summary to the list.
Thanks.
