Cook it to health. My steak is more often than not visably raw
in the middle. I sometimes put it back on the stove to cook it some more
after I'm 1/2 way done. For roasts, I do medium because I can't set it
any lower. For ground meat or other foods, I do fully cooked.
Cooking messes with nutrients. It's either "E" or "D" but I
don't remember which. I take fish oil pills with breakfast and dinner to
offset the effects of not eating fish. I like fish, but only with mayo.
I'll have to make me some up.

I think you need a LOT of species. Beef is a staple for me, but
I am just on the edge of my seat waiting for ostrich steaks at the fair.
I'm pore, making only $7 an hour, so I can't afford too much exotics.
The best thing is to try as much exotic fruits and veggies as you can.
Look at labels of trndy juices and try to get the real fruits that they
are flavored to resemble. Mango, passion friut, durian, star fruit,
hairy little oriental fruits. Go into ethic food stores looking for
bizzar fruits if you want.
Just remeber that man was not designed to eat grass. Not at
all. Not even a little bit. So if you want to try "grass jelly drink"
don't blaim me. That stuff is AWFUL!

With an autistic a ritualized rotation would probably be the best
thing. I have no experience, but from what I understand autistics do not
react well to surprises.
