        For phosperus, you have to judge what's acceptable and not, you
may want to try diet soda.  Especially if you don't eat much fruit.  The
problem with diet soda on NeanderThin is you want to keep a non-sweet
tongue.  I don't buy the hype about how evil nutrasweet is, although I do
avoid it so that fruit and vegitbles are sweet enough.
