Lucky woman! I was on an ordinary diet at the time. I did not lose
weight while nursing each child (until he was 19 months old.) My cream was
less than 1/2 oz in an 8 oz bottle! And my babies did not get fat.

I am responding to requests for scanning the breastmilk info from the
Geigy Handbook, but the scanner software is very picky about graphs with
small print and italics. I am still investigating tricks. I may just send
it as a tiff file or a bmp. Any advice or preferences?
