I eat plenty of pork. But I don't eat ham because I cannot find one made
without sugar.

Allergic to beef?!? Have you tried anything similar, like "beefalo"?

Remember "rabbit starvation" with that other stuff. I'm sure it's good
occasionally, but not constantly.

Incidentally, I saw quail eggs at a market the other day. Has anyone tried
them? They don't have little quails in them, do they? My wife would lose
her mind!

What does the List think about pork? I have been giving my son unprocessed
fresh pork, and occasionally, ground pork, with no additives.

He loves ham also.

I would like to hear others' thoughts about these two foods. It is
especially important because my son is allergic to beef, which he LOVES.

I am also thinking of buying rabbit, quail, other "exotic" proteins.
 Thoughts?

TIA,

Moira
