Preaching to the choir is really fun and all, but what these people said
about calorie(not nutrition) restriction is interesting and relevent, even
if it is not PaleoDogma I at least, and I suspect some others on this list
are interested in health benefits and life improvement/extension. Paleodiet
may help toward these goals. From my point of view, the evidencet hat this
is
true, while suggestive, is certainly not overwhelming. I can't see why an
intelligent, polite introduction of another idea should be out of order.
