 >periodontal disease

A friend told me about brushing my gums vigorously with hydrogen peroxide
solution and a toothbrush. The idea is to get the solution down into the
pockets. His dentist noted after he began this practice that his periodontal
pockets had begun to shrink.

I took his advice, except that I alternate between peroxide and Listerine. I
figure if one thing won't kill a particular germ, the other might. Since I
began this regimen, I have not had any trouble with gum soreness or
bleeding, which previously had bothered me frequently.
