        Caviet: an Optimologist working in a hospital or clinical setting
isn't too concerned with selling you eye glasses.  The dude down as Joe's
Eyeglass Hut is.  You definately want to stay away from anyone who is
making an obvious profit.  (For example, my mother's vision can be
corrected equally well by $150 glasses from "Joe," or $1.50 glasses from
Walgreens).
