Actually, I hold the reverse: the best way to keep yourself informed is to
read lots of different sources of information, so that you're not just
getting one point of view. The TV and Newspaper certainly shouldn't be
one's only source of information, but they are worthwhile.
If I weren't an obsessive reader, I never would have stumbled across
low-carb!
