For what it might be worth, at the young age of 22 and before going on an
all-raw diet (about a month ago), there were a few dozens of gray hair on
my head.  They are no gray hair on my head at this moment however.
The hair is only one of the things on which raw-food has worked its miracles
in my case.  Speaking of hair, has anyone ever seen a bald (or balding)
raw-fooder?  I'm starting to think that 90% of bald men are simply not
eating right (raw, that is).
