I just finished studying the formation of urine and it is basically
blood with out the blood cells nor the protein. Urine would only be as
toxic as your blood is. The purpose of urine formation is to regulate
the blood's balance of water, minerals and acidity. It's output could
only be considered waist in the sense that the body does not at that
time need it's output. For example it might have enough sodium for its
needs so it outputs the rest.
