I dont know anything about this but I cant avoid thinking:
If you feed a chicken with fish, wich it is not designed by nature
to eat, then, when you eat the chicken it tastes fish-like. This
means that there is something fishy in the chicken meat.
If you feed a pig with grains (very common) wich it the pig is
not designed by nature to eat, then prbably there will be some
gluten in the pigs meat, although it does not have a significant
taste so that we can smell the precense of it. (probably it will
be very small amounts, and maybe not exactly in its orginal form)
Just my thoughts...
