For me it seems like sticking to raspberries, strawberries and a few
sections of grapefuit makes NeanderThin enjoyable without adverse effects

I also have grapes that I squish the juice out of, and the peelings off
apples, pears and similiar fruits.

Fortunately it is easier and easier to get organic fruits and vegetables
allowing the eating of "skins", even from the likes of carrots without all
the little creature toxins sprayed on and the carbs of the fleshy part.

I think a lot of the nutrient value is at or near the skin too.
