I received 21 responses to my post of 11/02/97.

I basically asked 3 Questions:
1- Provide the best resources for gluten free diet restrictions.
2- How list members felt about the CSA List.
3- What list members considered the best priced suppliers of GF
           Products.

To summarize question 1- www.celiac.com and Tri-County Celiac Sprue
Support Group.

Question 2 responses ranged from- "outdated, better to make your own
list" to excellent.

Question 3 responses ranged from- "Try local oriental food stores",
"Don't worry about costs worry about quality" and a few specific
suppliers that responders have had good results with.

I have picked 10 suppliers that list on the Internet. I then choose 5
products that appear in most every recipe I see for baked goods. I found
that there are significant price differences (for I assume) the same
products, ie. White Rice Flour, etc. If anyone is interested in my list
and has the ability to open a Excel file I will gladly provide it.

Thanks to all who responded, especially Naomi, who sent me a copy of her
own list.
