Hello everyone:

This may have been discussed before, but I didn't pay much attention
until something happened last night. I bought a new brand of plain
long grain rice, and after 10 minutes of eating it, I became sick for
about 2 hours off and on. It was odd because, I've been eating brown
rice (with bran layers) for years (not the same brand) without a
problem? Has anyone else had this problem? I am going to assume
that most plain rice is gluten free, but that it could have been
contaminated through processing, does this sound reasonable?
(I 'm a biopsy diagnosed celiac by the way).
