Thanks for all the great info from the list!  I finally get a turn to
help you all out.

I found something called RICE slice, both american and mozzarella
flavors in my Fresh Fields store.  It is a naturral alternative to
cheese.  It is gluten free, dairy free and MSG free.  I tried it and it
tastes pretty good...
