Martha Seagoe asked about pollen:

Honey is the concentrated, pre-digested nectar of plants. Pollen is,
quite literally, the sperm of plants. When applied to the female parts
of a plant, it fertilizes them and allows the production of fruit,
which is the part of the plant that contains the seeds.

Raw honey was discussed on the list before - check archives. Honey labels
that say it is "raw" are unreliable, as the honey may be heated to pump
it through filters. The best way to be sure is to buy honey from a
beekeeper, and ask how it was processed.

Tom Billings
