Thanks for your comments. I just had a discussion with Denis on the
situation that 100% raw usually, but not always, means 100% raw vegan
in my posts. In the future I will try to make the distinction clearer.

Yes, there are a lot of raw diets. Yes, a person may try one, say fruitarian,
find that it doesn't work, then refuse to try, say, instincto or lacto-veg
raw diet. Your concerns are relevant, but the available data is limited.
If someone drops out of raw after one failure, as many do, I think we should
accept that and realize how it limits the info available to us. After all,
we can't force people to go back and try another raw diet...
