Hi VEG RAW friends,

I'm going to need to take a leave of absence from this group, I'm sorry to
say, perhaps I can rejoin in the summer when I'm off work. I've enjoyed
interacting with and learning from all of you immensely but the number and
length of the postings make belonging to this group too time consuming for me
right now. When I joined my life was already packed beyond the max. As you
know, this is my first and only online group. It's such a fun way to
communicate! I'm glad so many of you are fellow M2Mers so I'll "see" you in
the pages of the M2M. I hope the rest of you will consider joining M2M
because if you don't, I'll really miss you!

I'm nearly finished with the Kirt's copy of the Weston Price book. I highly
recommend that anyone interested in nutrition read it. I've posted briefly
about it previously and want to say now that I'm even more impressed. He was
discussing soil depletion and erosion, and deforestation and damage caused by
cattle ranching over 50 years ago! But his research on healthy native diets
is eye opening stuff.

Much appreciation to the guys who make veg-raw possible! Thank you!

Smiles,

Sandy
