Bob, if I remember correctly what Roberto wrote some days ago, he
pointed out that he's thinner than he wants to be. Given the symptoms
he noted were I in his place I'd get on a nutrient-rich diet like
Dr. Bass's ultimate raw diet to build up my reserves before I'd try a
fast.
Roberto, I suspect Dr. Bass would tell you that with your high fruit
diet you have developed deficiency problems and that you need to
start with blended salads (romaine, tomato, cucumber, celery,) and
some animal food (egg yolk and/or raw milk cheese or perhaps fish
dropped in boiling water for a few seconds). There are other
factors/items involved but I won't get into them unless you have an
interest in this approach. If so, just tell me, and I'll post some
of the menus Dr. Bass recommends.
But, personally, I would NOT fast given the symptoms you've
described.
