Sprouts - primarily short lentil sprouts and almond sprouts, but also
other sprouts (wheat, mung bean, sunflower and sesame seed).
I am about 75% raw, down from 90% raw. By eating more cooked, I can
hold a good weight, and the fatigue/lassitude that was intermittent
on 90-100% raw, is no longer a problem.
Oh yes - I am a vegetarian, and consume some dairy.
