Nice to have you on the list, Wes. I was impressed with your 2,500-calorie
raw vegetarian diet.
I was beginning to equate raw vegetarian diets to caloric restriction.

Years ago I tried raw starches, but didn't really care for them.  With
winter coming on, I'm
willing to give them another try.  Your mention of raw vegetable smoothies
and yams sounds very interesting.
When you get time, could you please provide some details. Thanks
