There are real drugs within most SAD foods. Like opiates and the like.
There are some German books who mention this.
That is a _real_ good cause for addiction.

You might not believe it, but good, _raw_ almonds
are very good against cravings for chocolate or bread.
And you need good, ripe, organic fruits. You should
select them by using your nose, not your eyes or the
mind. You can try to find a english copy of Mr. Burgers
"Anopsology".
