I'm wondering more about the fact that Braggs aminos contains Hydrolized
Vegetable Protein, and a communique from the 700 Club warns that anything
with the word Hydrolized in it is an excitotoxin, just like MSG. Is this
true? Anyone? Of course HVP is also used to chelate certain minerals, such
as Clacium and Magnesium, so this is a concern for me (mild).
