i would like to say that any time you fast it's beneficial; whether it's
24 hours or 30 days. it's good to eat raw salads and wholesome foods
before a fast to prepare and the body for its cleansing process and drink
raw fresh fuices of fruits and veggies, and good water during the fast. i
highly recommend arnold ehret's 'the mucusless diet healing system' book
as well as 'rational fasting', another book ehret wrote. breaking the
fast is very important because you're eliminating wastes from the body
and depending on how you feel will tell you to break it fast with organic
fruits or slower with organic veggies. Ehret's books are pretty
astounding especially his experiments on out running runners on 30 day
fasts etc. he's a pretty radical professor who lived by healing himself
thru diet and fasting after the doctors said he would die with bright's
