Similar experience for me. With liberal animal fats I rarely seem to burn,
but did burn a bit without animal foods. Nice complexion.
It took me some three years raw before I would not have occasional
outbreaks of pimples on my forehead.
Lip cracking when I had too much citrus and/or pineapple...
