SF-LiFE is the oldest and largest raw/living foods support group in the
world. The SF-LiFE events below are at Ft. Mason Center, Bldg. C, Room 205,
San Francisco
January 4, 1998 Potluck; 1:00 - 5:00 PM,
Aajonus Vonderplanitz, "How To Live Disease-Free".
Aajonus is the author of the controversial book, "We Want to Live", and is
a nutritionist who helps people recover from serious illnesses, via a raw,
high fat, NON-vegetarian diet. Come with an open mind!
February 1, 1998 Potluck, 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Renee Morris, "Fast, Simple, Practical and Delicious Raw Recipes".
This is a food prep demo. Renee is a reflexologist and long-time SF-LiFE
member.

Peninsula Area Events:
Alzak Amlani is teaching a winter series of his course, titled " Diet,
Ecology, and Spirit". It is 8 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 7:00
to 9:00. It will begin on January 13 and continue until March 3, 1998.
There will of course be a living foods prep component to the class.
Additionally, a raw/living foods potluck is planned for January, date
and location to be determined (will likely be in the Menlo Park - Palo
Alto - Mountain View area).
