Thanks for your kind words on the article! At this point I don't plan to
publish it in the SF-LiFE newsletter. However, if it is published
elsewhere, I will certainly consider updating it to explain what an
"original" (pre-use of fire) food is. (Now that you mention it, I suspect
those unfamiliar with instincto probably don't know what that is.)
