The way we have judged others, is the same way we have firstly past
judgement on ourselves (whether we realize this or not.. it's still all
good, just as long as you're ok, i'm ok).
I personally think, a lot of people in this world appear to need
disperate self-love, before anything else in their lives can work for
their good, including their digestion, ect.
