Hi Mark.  The term "stop" is typically used to describe the
sudden change in taste that one gets while eating a food; this in turn
should be an indication to the person that the food is no longer needed by
the body and that he should stop eating it.

It *is* a term used by "instinctos" (I find it more and more annoying to be
putting a label on this way of living/eating).
