Now that you mention it, I'm getting hungry (at 8:45 in the morning!).
 When I was in Hawaii, we used to grill tuna steaks all the time.  I'd love
to get some now, but I'm not sure I've ever seen it in the local
supermarkets.  I've seen shark, though, and that's pretty good too.

Isn't there some type of parasite that lives in the flesh of fish that can
be transferred by eating undercooked fish?

Here on Okinawa, they cook some of their fish the same way: cooked on
the outside and rare in the inside. It's very tasty! Be sure to get
fresh fish (tuna!) if you're going to try it.
