I know that green tea is allowed on Neanderthin,
because Ray talks about drinking it, but I'm wondering
if it might cause a problem if drunk in large amounts?
Since I'm getting ever closer to 100% Neanderthin (I only
have store bought mayonnaise and mustard to give up),
I've been looking for alternatives to water. I hate plain
water! I've given up diet soda, Kool-Aid and Crystal
Light and thought I found my drink with water, lemon
juice and Stevia, but since I (still) use bottled lemon
juice, I wanted to start cutting that out too.
I've found I really love green tea with just a few drops of
Stevia per 48 oz (the size of the container I make it
in), and I'm drinking at least 3 of these containers
a day, usually more. Btw, I went from 4 tea bags per
container to 1 tea bag, so there isn't *that* much tea
in there. Still, I'm wondering if anyone has had a
problem with drinking so much tea, and no pure
water. Btw again, I don't plan on giving up Stevia
any time soon. It's a natural herb, so I feel cool with
it.

HA! Since I might be the only person here who
understood this joke, I'll explain that $cientologists
believe that humans were evolved from clams. (Honest!)
L. Ron Hubbard wrote it, so it *must* be true.
They have this process (Purification Rundown) that
entails spending large amounts of time in a sauna, while
taking in extremely large amounts of Niacin, in order
(so says Blubbard) to get rid of drugs and other toxins
in the system. I hear that it's quite dangerous, but it's
a very common procedure. <Shudder>
