Hi everyone,
My daughter (age 10) was recently diagnosed with milk (and soy)
allergies so I am fairly new at dealing with this diet. We have been
pretty successful at home, but need some help with dining
out--especially at places children like. I have received the ingredient
analysis from McDonald's and Burger King, but would like other helpful
hints about safe choices at other places--particularly chain
restaurants. Any helpful suggestions will be most appreciated.
