Well, my symptoms aren't like that but you raise an interesting point. DOES
dairy "build up in your system"? What exactly builds up, and where? I was
diagnosed with fibromyalgia which for all intents and purposes disappeared
when I quit eating dairy products, but when I was still eating them, I did
notice a direct correlation between how much I ate and how rotten I felt. A
big binge would lead to a really horrible next day, but say a slice or two
of pizza two or three days running would lead to progressively worse
symptoms; that is I'd consume the same amount each day but would feel worse
on day two than day one, and worse yet on day three than day two, etc.
Given that rationale I've decided to start reading labels and eliminating
all dairy by-products. Although I don't feel bad it's conceivable that the
little I'm getting is keeping me from feeling great...
