You mean if it was a constitutional oligarchy as opposed to a
constitutional democracy.  Then it would probably be much like the
US. There would be world peace, assuming the world government was as
stable as that of the US, and the economic class structure would
approach that of the US.  Not the best of all possible worlds, but I
think it would be better than the present world situation.  But if the
world government was organized as more of a social democracy, then I
think it would be more like Norway, which would be even better.  And
you would still get to own a gun.
