Who decides... how is it decided, what is OK re the lethal weapons that
members of a society can legitimately have? What is an 'offensive' weapon
that goes bang and what is not 'offensive'? Why should a pump be legit and
not a SLR? Why is one man's idea of sport - hunting roos with his gun and
pack of hounds, something that I personally find less than palatable, more
valid than mine might be - letting rip with a GPMG down the range? I don't
ask these questions as an 'urban middle-class wanker', but as it's all so
simple I'd welcome answers from anyone who 'knows'. If there was one piece
of technology that we could all make a 'sacrifice' and renounce, in order to
make the world a better place...
Cheers
