Well, the first answer I would say is yes because Chomsky is, but...
A discussion list about someone doesn't have to share their beliefs.
What if it developed into an anti-chomsky list?  Then it wouldn't be
an anarchist list, but of course that wouldn't happen.  I'm sure not
everyone on this list is an anarchist.
