<it must be those apples... here is another thought> :)
I've been eating lightly boiled eggs for as far back as I can remember.
They were always cooked so that the yolk remained liquid. The taste of
the latter has become one of my most favored ones over the years.
And so I had my first, raw yolk yesterday and was most delighted with the
fact that it tasted even slightly better than its cooked version.
I only had one yolk (didn't like the taste of the white, but I didn't
taste it a lot) since it was around 9pm, but I could have easily taken in
the whole 12-egg pack, that's for sure.
I wonder if any of you (especially instinctos) consume the white of the
egg as well; which eggs might be best suited (I just ran out yesterday to
the first health food store I could find and bought some hens eggs); and
what might be the dangers of taking in too much of either the white
(other than the B complex complications) or the yolk? Is it safe to
follow your instincts with this food?
There - that'll be all for me tonight. Now the apple is over, and there
are no more apples left to eat in this house.
