Well... Finally, I decided to go to Montrame this week-end (just by
curiosity). Burger doesn't teach instinctotherapy at Montrame anymore
(because of his problems with the French justice), but his introduction
to instinctotherapy takes place at Berlepsch (Germany). The "Orkos-
Montrame" association remains active, and every month (generally the first
Sunday), they organize a "Journee Rencontre": anyone can come and have
a low-price accomodation (30 F/night in a 4 persons-dormitory).

I took the train at Paris' gare de l'Est station on Saturday, at 4:13 p.m.,
and arrived 1 hour later at Longueville, which is at 5 km from Montrame:
really a nice place, far from urban noises and pollution. I arrived at
the end of a conference with Burger, consisting of questions-answers
from the audience. Most were Germans, so the conference was bilingual.

6:30 p.m.: dinner. We first smell items on a table, labeled as "proteins":
RAF, soaked grains, pollen, nuts, mushrooms, avocados, coconuts, durian
(in fact, I think they put all the items that do not combine with fruits,
and do not combine with each other; in particular, all proteic aliments).
We then order what was the most attractive (the durian was delicious);
then, we choose veggies (the broccoli was not bad).

9:00 p.m.: chamber music concert (we could appreciate Burger's talents
as cellist).

Sunday, 7:00 a.m.: I wake up. While most other people are still asleep,
I practice Tai Chi and Chi Kung for 2 hours; the weather is fine, but
a bit cool. Then, I read a few old articles from "Orkoscopie" magazine.

10:00 a.m.: mineral water and cassia-"breakfast".

10:45-12:30 a.m.: meeting of French instinctos. Not very numerous (20-25).
Two or three have practiced for 10 years, a few for 4 years. Some have
recently turned to instincto, but are long-time crudivorists. A few
hard-core instinctos seem a bit dogmatic; they are a bit puzzled when I tell
them that I eat sprouted grains every day, I don't eat only fruits at lunch,
I don't use cassia and I don't have two meals at regular hours.

12:30: lunch (fruits and/or honey).

3:00 p.m.: conference with Burger, questions/answers (I'll report about it
in separate posts). He seems rather bright, and more open-minded than the
average long-time instincto.

6:30 p.m.: "proteic" dinner.

9:00 p.m.: conference with Christian Burger about Orkos-Africa.

Monday, 7:00-10:30 a.m.: same thing as the day before.

12:13 a.m.: Come back to Paris. So... I think I didn't waste my time and
my money (319F+ 134F for the train): it was an interesting and enjoyable
experience.
