One solution I have found through Sally Fallon is to soak the nuts
(almonds, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, for 8-12 hrs, drain, then squeeze
lemon and sprinkle Celtic salt and kelp powder over them, stir, and then
dehydrate them for @24 hrs at a low temp. This creates a remarkably
yummy snack, kind of like the roasted tamari almond effect.
Thanks for the suggestion. Problem is I eat them instinctively, so I
need to know if they taste good by themsevles.
