Not quite what you're looking for, but Chomsky contributed to a forum on
"Humanitarian Intervention" in the Boston Review, December-January
1993-94, with an opposing view by Christopher Hitchens (who'd written an
important defense of Chomsky in Grand Street) and comments by others:
