Not sure - is the implication here that one cannot overeat on raw food
(of course, we're talking fruits and veggies here; not raw meat/fish,
nuts or seeds)?  Or is the implication that it's very difficult to
overeat on these foods?  I'm asking because the statement you quoted
seems to refer to weight only.
