In the event you need or like to have more cases to go by; mine seems
almost a carbon copy of Jean-Louis' (the poster above).
As for your acne, it's difficult for me to say at this point, but
I believe much of whatever skin problems I had did seem to vanish after
eliminating dairy from my diet. Again, I've eliminated a whole bunch of
other (cooked) foods at just about the same time, so this is as good a
guess as I can come up with for you.
