I am a biopsy diagnosed but my aunt has not been. She has had abdominal
problems for years and is very careful about her diet.
She is in the midst of a flareup of her symptoms and is seeking medical help
to see if she can get diagnosed.
Recently she ate some Yami Nonfat Yogurt and had a terrific stomach ache
within two hours of ingesting it. Contents are: Grade A Pasteurized Nonfat
Milk, Nonfat Dry Milk, Raspberries, Natural Flavors, Modified Food Starch,
Gelatin, Aspartame, Active Yogurt Cultures (the usual ones I believe),
Phenylketonurics, contains Phenylalaline.
Is this yogurt a problem for gluten? I would call the company, except she
wrote me a letter with the question and I do not have the label.
Thank you for your help.
Yvonne
