Hi, group. Well, I received 35 responses to my request for a
gf filo dough recipe, but no recipes. 2 posters had tried using
rice wrappers, but were not satisfied by them.

One poster warned that some rice wrappers could be dusted
with flour and to check with the manufacturer (per an article
she read in "Veggie Life" by Carol Fenster).

Almost everyone else wanted my dumpling recipes! Some
wanted the filo recipes, too. One poster told me about
De-Ro-Ma pretzels (thanks!)

I sent the dumpling recipes to everybody (I think) who wanted
them, and will send filo recipes if I ever find any, to the folks
who were interested in them. (I saved your email addresses
as well as your posts.)
