I was advised through my sister's Ayurvedic doctor that <<we>> should not
have more than 20% of our food in the form of carbohydrates, such as rice,
cornmeal mush, potatoes, etc.
I found I am now MUCH stronger and more alert, with more staying power
throughout the day, snacking on canned veggies and fruits, meats, peanut
butter, etc., and MUCH less hungry all the time. I was losing about 4 pounds
a month on the previous carbohydrate-heavy diet, without trying to lose
weight, and was positively ravenous day and night.
I hope this information helps somebody out there.
